U Must change FPS to more slower Like if U Animated on 12.0 fps and when u do Test it U will Get it perfectly But if u will put it in HTML (Newgrounds) it will be more faster Animation like Its not 12.0 fps, its like 14.0fps Then u must to 12.0fps Change to 11.5fps or 11.4fps or 11.0fps Just test it on that part where it will be perfectly On Newgrounds.
